What if I younger than 65? Do I still benefit from this test?

➡️Absolutely! Everyone needs functional mobility, regardless of your age. If you test it in your 20s, 30s, even your 50s, you can see how to stack up AND what you need to focus on to improve your functional ability, now AND as you get older!

What if I score Above Average?

➡️Congrats! Keep on doing what you’re doing!

What if I score Below Average?
➡️I’d recommend strengthen the muscles in your legs & core, as well as working on some flexibility as well! Check with your doctor before you start an exercise routine, and consider hiring a professional to help you!

Try this challenge out for yourself & let us know how you did!

In good health,
