My daughter is four years old and has gross motor delay. Veronica started working with her about five months ago and we are very happy with the results! My daughter’s range of motion in the ankles and hips started improving right away, about three weeks into the training. Her endurance, ability to focus, and awareness of different body parts increased as well. Veronica got Luna to do things that she wouldn’t do before, for example the bridge position – before her feet would not stay planted and the knees would fall to the sides. My daughter has more definition in her lower back and abs, and is able to use these muscles more efficiently, which is something we were very interested in. The fun cardio activities that Veronica came up with also improved my daughter’s breathing. I especially appreciate Veronica’s ability to connect with my daughter and motivate her. Veronica also pays a lot of attention to our main interests as a parents in terms of our daughter’s progress and provides valuable nutrition advice. We are so happy to have found Veronica!
