Veronica Rasicci, MS: Owner & Head Trainer

It all started when Veronica joined her high school’s cross country team looking for friendships. What she discovered was so much more. She learned how to train, to work hard, to be a part of something bigger than herself. She started learning about exercise and eating healthy. Her passion grew even stronger when she started studying Exercise Science at Bowling Green State University and became intrigued by the human body & exercise. She took additional classes in nutrition and health promotion and earned her certifications as a group fitness instructor & personal trainer.

In the summer of 2017, she continued her education at Miami University and earned her Master’s degree in Exercise & Health Science. She dove deeper into her passion for wellness and started studying exercise science from a holistic standpoint. She learned that each individual is unique & therefore, so is their health journey -- all programs at Premier Personal Fitness are individualized tailored for each person’s specific goals.

The combination of her experience & education give her an unparalleled edge in the wellness field. Over the past ten years, she’s been honored to have trained & educated hundreds of individuals in order to help them reach their health goals! But her team doesn’t just train her clients to lose a few pounds. They educate on how to live healthier lives by teaching the tools they need to lose weight, keep it OFF, and enjoy a pain free life!

Kaia Clark-Toth: Certified Personal Trainer

Kaia is a certified personal trainer who’s passion is to not only help her clients reach their fitness goals, but to also teach them how to maintain their progress and live a healthier lifestyle long term!

She would love to get to know you, learn your fitness goals, and help you achieve them!

Bruna Deichmann: Certified Personal Trainer

Bruna’s love for health & wellness started back when she was 13, playing basketball in Brazil. Then, her US college basketball experience taught her to connect her mind & body, fuel with whole foods, and train hard with proper technique. Since 2013, she has been helping people feel their best through education and tailored workout plans. She is a certified personal trainer and has her bachelors in Psychology. Bruna is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English and would be honored to guide you on your health journey!

Margaret Silva: Certified Personal Trainer

Margaret has worked as a personal trainer for the past20 years and loves to share her passion for health, wellness, and fitness with others.
She believes in a sustainable approach to fitness, which looks different for every individual based on age, lifestyle, nutritional preferences, & past injuries.
As an empathic listener she has a strategic approach when it comes to pursuing client’s goals with careful planning and a custom program.

Jo-Anna Mitrano: Certified Group Fitness Instructor

Jo-Anna has been teaching group fitness classes for over 30 years. She teachers sculpt, barre, Pilates, and dance-based cardio classes. Jo-Anna has taught and presented for UCSD, USD, and San Diego County YMCA’s, as well as other private gyms in San Diego.

She has a B.S. in Holistic Nutrition and enjoys spending her spare time riding her bike and taking long walks with her world-class Potcake pup!
