Sculpt Fusion

Sculpt Fusion is a no-impact, full body resistance training class that focuses on toning and strengthening all the major muscles of the body. Balance and compound exercises are incorporated into this fun, energetic, and flowing class!

Sculpt Fusion is led by fitness professional, Jo-Anna Mitrano. Jo-Anna has been teaching fitness classes for over 30 years. She teachers sculpt, barre, Pilates, and dance-based cardio classes. Jo-Anna has taught and presented for UCSD, USD, and San Diego County YMCA’s, as well as other private gyms in San Diego. She has a BS in Holistic Nutrition and enjoys spending her spare time bike riding and taking long walks with her world-class Potcake pup!

Class is held every Monday & Wednesday and runs from 9:30-10:30am in the fitness center on the first floor!

 

B.A.T. Blast

full Body Strength & Sculpt

B.A.T. Blast: Full Body Strength & Sculpt is a dynamic workout that challenges and energizes all fitness levels! It starts with a quick warm-up, then you’ll power through full-body strength training to build muscle and endurance. Next, 4 minutes of heart-pumping cardio to fire up your metabolism. The last 20 minutes? All about B.A.T.—Booty, Abs, and Thighs, sculpting and strengthening your lower body. We’ll end with a refreshing stretch, leaving you strong, accomplished, and ready for the day!

B.A.T. Blast: Full Body Strength & Sculpt is lead by fitness professional, Jessica is a passionate and dynamic fitness instructor with a truly global background. With a strong foundation in dance and aerobics, she has continuously expanded her expertise, earning certifications in various fitness disciplines. Believing that growth and learning are essential in the fitness world, she is always exploring new techniques to keep her classes engaging and effective. And when she’s not coaching, she’s in the kitchen—because, fun fact, she’s also a trained pastry chef who loves to bake!
