Berry Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake

This is my ~current~ favorite protein shake recipe and I know you’ll love it too! It’s delicious (which is arguably the most important part), nutritious (okay, tied for most important part), & time friendly AKA you can make it in under 5 min!

This recipe also follows the Fab Four formula, to help you feel fuller longer & avoid a blood sugar crash!

Here’s the recipe, now go ahead and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 serving of vanilla protein

  • 1 serving of fiber

  • 1 tsp maca root powder

  • ½ TBSP chia seeds

  • ½ TBSP almond butter

  • ¼ mixed frozen berries

  • ¼ cup oatmeal

  • Handful of frozen spinach

Directions:

  1. Throw all your ingredients into a blender

  2. Blend for ~60 seconds

  3. Drink up & enjoy!
