Protein Packed Breakfast Cookies

These breakfast cookies are perfect for when you find yourself rushing out the door (or am I the only one?!), hungry but in no mood to make breakfast, or when you just want to eat something good! & the best news - they are SO simple to make, totally customizable to your taste preferences, jammed packed with nutrients, & you can watch an episode of the office while they bake - it’s a win-win-win ;)

Main Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of oats

  • 6 ripe bananas

Extra Ingredients:

  • chia seeds

  • flax seed meal

  • chocolate chips

  • raisins

  • other dried fruits

  • nut butters

  • essentially anything you want!

*my extra ingredients were raisins, chocolate chips, chia & flax seeds, & walnuts

Directions:

  1. mash bananas

  2. mix in oats

  3. add in other ingredients of choice

  4. form into cookies on a lined cookie sheet

  5. bake at 375* for 20 minutes

& VOILA! Breakfast for the week is DONE!
