The following are descriptions of what you can expect at any of our Arlington Park fitness classes.

Cardio dance
This cardio-focused dance class is performed to upbeat music! Jo-Anna will instruct specific rhythmic patterns slowly and methodically as each participant progresses into a "dance" performance. You'll have so much fun, you won't even realize you were working out!
Led by Instructor Jo-Anna every Tuesday from 8:45am-9:30am
Full body sculpt
This weight training class involves performing a series of exercises using your body weight, resistance bands, and dumbbells. You will leave this class feeling strong, toned, & with improved balance!
