Lower Body Workout

Simply grab a medium to heavy pair of dumbbells & follow the circuit below!

Circuit: 10 reps per exercise, rest at the end of the circuit for 1 min. Repeat a total of 3x!

  1. front squats

  2. lateral lunges (10 lunges per leg!)

  3. romanain deadlifts

  4. split squats (10 split squats per leg)

  5. alternating calf & toe raises (total of 10 calf raise & 10 toe raise)
